Application

Please read and fill out the Application Form (below) and the Warranty Form (below) before making a purchase.

Once your application has been submitted, we will review it and if approved, you will receive a link to place a deposit. If you are making a purchase before the puppies are six weeks of age, we require a non-refundable $500 deposit to hold your place in the reservation line.  We require 3% of the payment amount in addition to our fee when paying through PayPal. We allow families to choose their puppy in the order we received their deposit. Deposits made by check will be added to list once the check has cleared. Electronic deposits will be dated and time stamped by the vendor to verify the order.  We will do puppy selections on the Sunday closest to the puppies turning 6 weeks of age.  For example if a puppy turns 6 weeks on Tuesday the selections will happen the Sunday prior. This way, we will have a chance to see their personality and help guide a decision as to which puppy will best suit your family’s situation. Selections can either be done in person, or via video call such as FaceTime or Duo. If we still have available puppies after the 6 week selection process is complete then puppies will be made available for purchase to approved applicants who have not made a deposit. Final payment is due at the time of selecting puppies for families who did not make a deposit and no later than 6 weeks of age for families who were on the reservations list.

Proof of spay or neuter from your vet prior to the puppy turning 12 months of age is required. The penalty for not sending proof of spay or neuter is $2500.
We reserve the right to keep first pick of any litter for ourselves or for an approved breeder/show dog.

Puppies go home at 8 weeks of age. We prefer for puppies to go home on Friday afternoon so they have a chance to acclimate to their new surroundings prior to returning to work and school.Once your puppy is born you should know when they will turn 8 weeks and make pick up plans accordingly. Sometimes we are able to offer short term kenneling of your puppy for $15 a day but we can not always guarantee that so if you are needing that please make arrangements with us as soon as possible.

Warranty Info

Our puppies are raised in a quality home with love and care. We want our clients to have the best puppy experience possible. We will have all puppies vet checked, wormed and current on their puppy shots at the time of purchase.
It is your responsibility as the owner to take your puppy to the vet within 3 business days for confirmation of their health, to establish a vaccination schedule that you and your vet are comfortable with, to make sure the puppy is eating/drinking properly and not getting too stressed over the separation from it's mother and litter mates. Failure to take your puppy to the vet within the first 3 days will void your warranty. We can not be responsible for normal puppy stuff like hypoglycemia (not eating), coccidiousis, giardia, chewing, whining and bowel accidents.

We will however take back any puppy found to have a life threatening defect within the first 2 years after purchase. We will replace your puppy with another one from the next available litter. If you decide to purchase a puppy, you are responsible for any and all vet bills as this is part of owning a pet. In order to receive a replacement puppy, we will need a signed document from your vet stating what the life threatening defect is and we will have that diagnosis confirmed by a second vet.

Purchasing a puppy is a big commitment and should be done with the intention of providing a loving home for the life of the dog. We understand things happen but taking one of our dogs to a shelter is not the solution. We request that if you ever find yourself needing to surrender your pet that it be returned to us and we will take care of finding a suitable forever home for your beloved pet. We also insist in some form of obedience training in the first year of owning your puppy. This can be done through classes at your local kennel club or pet store. We also have had great experiences with professional training. Socializing your puppy is a must but please wait until they are fully vaccinated to avoid any exposure to harmful viruses.

Our Puppies are sold for the purpose of being pets or companion animals. With proper training they would also make great therapy dogs. We require that you have your pet spayed or neutered when your vet recommends it to be done but no later than 12 months of age. Proof of completion should be emailed or text to us. We will at times allow for breeding or showing rights to approved homes only and for an additional fee.

It is our duty as responsible pet breeders to ensure no accidental breedings or over crowding of rescues occur because of us. Therefore, there is a penalty for not sending proof of timely spay or neuter of your pet. The penalty for not sending proof of spay or neuter is $2500.00 . You will sign a contract agreeing to this prior to taking your puppy home.
